Aim & Objective of the Organization
The aim of the organization is to stabilize the population at a consistent level and also to reduce birth rate, Infant Mortality Rate (IMR), and improve overall healthcare services across Arunachal Pradesh.
The organization is not merely intended for population stabilization, but it has a much larger perspective with a holistic approach towards Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) services.
Family Planning, Immunization, Maternal & Child Health (MCH), and Training programmes together comprise a comprehensive healthcare policy aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens.
These activities are guided through policies, operational guidelines, and funding support provided by the Government of India.
Healthcare Improvement
To improve healthcare delivery systems in urban and rural areas by strengthening medical facilities, healthcare awareness, and public health programmes.
Population Stabilization
To maintain population growth at a sustainable level through awareness programmes, family planning initiatives, and reproductive healthcare services.
Child & Maternal Care
To ensure safe motherhood, proper immunization, nutrition support, and preventive healthcare services for mothers and children across the state.
Training & Awareness
To conduct medical training programmes, awareness campaigns, and public outreach activities for improving community health and disease prevention.
