Avoidable Blindness Free Villages Declaration Function at Arunachal University of Studies, Namsai on 25th Oct 18. Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, Chowna Mein declared 23 villages of Changlang and Namsai as Avoidable Blindness Free. Host of dignataries- Prof. Sangeeta Abrol from New Delhi, Shri Tapir Gao, State BJP President, Shri Chau Zingnu Namchoom, Dr. Tapasya Raghav, DC, Prof. V.K.
